Since starting out in the early 90s, we have seen sustained growth and now have over 250 employees delivering the highest quality standards and excellence in everything we do.

As a company, we know our success over the years can been attributed to our dedicated team of well–trained staff, some of whom have been with us from the very beginning. Our staff are much more than just employees to us, they are part of the CSG family; they are ‘our people’ and they are the true backbone of our company. As well as the highest level of professionalism, we strive for balance and we like to bring the personal touch too – we have supervision and management of all our sites and we take the time to get to know each and every one of our clients – some we have been working with for over 20 years.

Our longest serving staff member is Operations Manager Jackie Milne who started with CSG 27 years ago as a supervisor. And Margaret Brandie, who helped to establish the company in 1992, recently retired after 30 years’ service!
