What is Viricidal Fogging?

Viricidal Fogging (fogging) or ‘touchless disinfection’ as it is more commonly known is the process that combines the effect of both spraying devices and disinfectant solutions.

This dual effect of both devices and disinfectants, enables the air and surface in a room to be disinfected automatically and is the highest level of disinfection, decontamination, and outbreak control available.

Fogging takes your deep clean to a new level.  With a germ kill rate of 99.99%, fogging targets the ‘hot spot’ areas or hard to reach places, such as underneath tables and within the spaces between cupboards that are often missed.

So, apart from a kill rate of 99.99%, what else makes it so special?

  • 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly
  • Provides uniform disinfection of all surfaces including electronic equipment, without cording or oxidising
  • An approved hospital grade disinfectant, for use in operating theatres with delicate theatre systems
  • Civil Aviation Authority approved
  • Halal and kosher certified
  • Involves dry spray

Can Fogging ‘get rid of’ Coronavirus in the office?

Yes, fogging has been proven to eradicate over 280 pathogens including;

  • Superbugs – Coronavirus, MRSA/Staph, C.diff (incl. spores), Klebsiella, VRE
  • Bacteria – Legionella, TB, Salmonella, E.Coli, Listeria, Campylobacter
  • Viruses – CO ID – 19 Norovirus, Influenza (incl. Bird & Swine), Polio, Rhinovirus, Hepatitis C and B HBV, HIV
  • Fungi (Moulds & Yeasts) – Black Mould, Candida, Botrytis.

Is Fogging all I need?

No. Although Fogging rids of 99.99% of germs and bacteria, it should be carried out in conjunction with ‘touch-point’ cleaning.

Touch-point cleaning ensures the parts of your office – door handles, light switches, keyboards, telephone, water fountains etc. – that are high in ‘contact’ with people are regularly cleaned and disinfected thoroughly.
